Does any payment gateway collect the user cookies or his browser history?

Hello there,

We have setup many payment gateways but unfortunately they were terminated by merchant account providers.

In fact we are running tech support process and using payment gateway through API integrated to our website.

We just want to know does any payment gateway collect the user cookies or his browser history?
